We guarantee that our phones are free from faults, in the rare case that a phone develops a fault, within 90 days you are entitled to a refund or replacement (in accordance with you statuatory rights). Please note that our guarantee only covers manufactures faults and doesn`t cover the handset if it has been dropped, come into contact with liquid or otherwise mistreated.

In the unlikely event that your handset develops a fault within 90 days of sale you are entitled to a refund or exchange for the purchase price of the handset, as long as the handset has not been mistreated.If your handset fails after the 90 day period then we can give a very reasonable quote for the cost of the repair.
